Plan your evacuation route: Know primary and secondary exits from your work area.
Identify assembly areas: Proceed to your designated assembly point during an evacuation.
Assembly Point Procedures: Once outside, stop traffic to protect evacuees, then managers/supervisors take accountability.

5S Guidelines
The 5S methodology helps teams organize and maintain workspaces so anyone can quickly see what belongs, where it belongs,
and whether something is missing. Benefits include improved safety, better quality, higher productivity, reduced waste,
faster onboarding, and increased job satisfaction.
Sort: Remove unnecessary items so only essential tools/materials remain.
Set in Order: Arrange items so they are easy to find/use; label storage and standardize placement.
Shine: Clean and inspect to spot issues before failures occur.
Standardize: Use visual controls and checklists to keep the first three S's consistent.
Sustain: Audit and continuously improve; everyone is accountable for maintaining 5S.
The Continuous Improvement Operating System frames how every team member contributes to making FN1 better.
People doing the work are best positioned to improve the process, and no improvement is too small to record.
Idea: Identify a problem or opportunity for improvement.
Approval: Discuss with co-workers/leadership and gain alignment.
Do It: Implement the change safely and in a controlled manner.
Improve: Monitor results and iterate; document what worked and what didn't.
Submit Results: Log the improvement so it can be recognized and shared.
Lean learning resources such as Six Sigma are available to build statistical thinking, root cause analysis, and waste elimination.
FN1 training is standardized, role-based, and performance-driven. Completion of required training is expected, not optional.
Training also serves as a driver of continuous improvement.
